My Order

Go to the product page on the website and it will tell you whether it is ‘out of stock’ just above the product price.
We start processing your order quickly, which means we can’t make any changes once your order is confirmed, including cancellations and changing the delivery address or delivery option. However you may contact us for further assistance, some payment method could be able to cancel or delivery address/option could be changing.
Please allow 1-5 working days for online/in-store purchase. Please allow 7-14 working days for international shipping.

Find the item you like on our website and click on the black ‘Add to basket’ button to add it to your basket. You will be prompted to create an account with your details and delivery address. Pay with card or PayPal whichever you prefer!

Don’t Panic!! You can either go into your ‘account’ and check the order status there and get in touch with us quoting your customer ID number and we will double check your order has been received.
If part of your order is missing please visit our support portal and we will advise you on the next steps.

Refunds and Returns

Once we have agreed that a refund is due, it may take 7-10 working days for this to be processed.
